Pleasant but could have been better Positive: Very clean and it was spacious Negative: We paid extra money to check in early and there wasn’t water so we could shower, use the bathroom or even wash our hands and when I mentioned it to them they didn’t reimburse me. There isn’t staff onsite- I asked for an extra towel and was told they provided the towels according to my stay and the bed was the most uncomfortable ever. All I felt was springs.

Unsafe for my elderly parents. Positive: The location Negative: Room 108 was a cute room but we had so many issues with it. The door would get stuck and we got trapped in the room several times before being able to get the door open. The door to the adjoining room would not lock. Good thing the people in the other room weren’t murderers. The shower also leaked and the floor stayed wet which is a fall risk. If there was a fire someone could get trapped in the room if trying to go out the front door. Also the whole time was a bag of trash with cigarette butts on it and mop and bucket with dirty water in it. The property manager acted like I was lying when I told him these issues. I’ve stayed at this property many times but I will no longer be staying there.

Never stay here! Positive: The location Negative: The lack of service, the dirty bed sheets with hair all over them, the pillows with what looks like vomiy stains on them, the overwhelming smell of wet dog in the room and dog food caked to the doormat (we were told that was not possiboe becausethey have a no pet policy), the caution tape on the patio door, the wires hanging from the patio ceiling and the rat traps outside the room. The adjoining room door did not lock properly, and to get the exterior door to lock I had to slam it and hold all my weight, then turn the lock. They did not provide the rental as advertised. The lack of front desk allows for staff to neglect guests with real concerns. We waited in a flea filled room, getting bitten for 45 mins for staff to assist who never showed up. We checked out within 1 hour of checking in. We were not given any support from their guest services, and when we requested a refund for the unsanitary accommodations, we were told the policy would not allow it.
