Ocean View Suite #202 Trillium

DO NOT BOOK Here! One problem after another!!!! Positive: The location is beautiful and right on the beach. Negative: DO NOT book this place!! It first started when we got there and tried to enter the building and the first code we got didn’t work. Messaged the property owner and she gave me a different one. They will not give you a key and you need a million codes to get in anywhere which they only send through texts. Entered the building and there was construction work going on by the elevator . Looked at the million texts I got and realized they never told me what room I booked - just said second floor. Had to text her again to find room. Got into the room it was nice and clean. The instructions said the parking pass would be in the cabinet above the stove. Not there!!! Messaged her she said get one from the lobby . Walked around trying to find a lobby never saw one. Finally had to leave bc we had dinner reservations. Got back from dinner and tore the place apart looking for a parking pass - never found one. Went to bed only to discover my car was towed overnight due to not having a parking pass!!!! Messaged the owner she said sorry you should have gone to the lobby- I said there isn’t one and took a screen shot from my booking saying “parking pass will be in unit” which it was not and I told you there wasnt a parking pass in my unit. There were a million other issues and the property owner doesn’t seem to care!!! DO NOT book here!!!!
